Absent: Chuan-Fu Wu, PhD & Bruce Kaiser, PhD

Proceedings:

Meeting called to order at 11:00 am EST.

• A motion was made by Larry Burchfield to relinquish Chuan-Fu Wu from Board of Directors.
  
  
• A motion was made by Larry Burchfield to restructure the Board of Directors to "Board of Trustees". Will nominate, if necessary, for Executive Board and Advisory Board.
